1. How do I get to The Mind Cafe Outlet?
We are currently have 3 outlets in town, located at :
- 60A Prinsep Street (Dhoby Ghaut area),
- Funan Digitalife Mall #02-16,above the MacDonalds (City Hall Area)
- & 68 Boat Quay, along Singapore River (Raffles Place area).

Our neighbourhood outlets included :
- SAFRA Tampines #01-00A , at lobby area ( Tampines)

2. What are your opening hours?
Prinsep St. Outlet -
2pm to 11pm (Sunday,Mon - thurs) & extended to 3am (Fri,Sat & PH eve)

Boat Quay Outlet -
Monday Closed, 2pm to 11pm (Sunday, Tue - thurs) & extended to 2am (Fri,Sat & PH eve)

Funan Mall Outlet -
11.30am to 10pm (Sunday, Mon - thurs) & extended to 11pm (Fri,Sat & PH eve)

SAFRA Tamp. Outlet -
11am to 10pm (Mon - thurs), extended to 1am (fri,Sat & PH eve) & 10.30am -10pm (Sunday)

3. How many boardgames can i play?
You can play as many as possible! Just kindly go to our gameshelf at the outlet & pick any game that you fancy, and ask our staff to guide you on the rules.

4. Is any of The Mind Cafe outlet Halal certified?
Our Outlets are currently not Halal certified, however we do not serve pork, lard or liquor at our premises. Do rest assure our kitchen do not use any of the above items as well for cooking & preparation of any item.

5. Can i buy the boardgame from the outlet if i like the game?
Yes, you can! Please kindly approach our staff at the counter, regarding the availability of the game for sale. Do note that certain titles may be out of stock and requires a period of waiting time for the boardgame to be delivered to you.

6. Can we bring in our own food & drink to the outlet?
Generally, we do not recommended customers to bring in their own food & beverages (as well as tidbits & snacks) as we provided a wide variety of f&b items from our dedicated chefs. However, we do allow customers to bring their birthday cakes that are purchased from outside , to be consumed here in our premises.
Lastly, Liquor is strictly not allowed in our outlets.

7. Can we bring our own game to play at the outlet?
Yes, you can! We welcome any kind of boardgame to be played at the outlet. However do bear in mind that due to government restrictions and regulations, we do not allow poker cards, mahjong, any sort of gambling & betting to be played in our outlets.The package or hourly rate of boardgaming charges still apply.

1. Is there any service charges or GST?
There is a 10% service charges & prevailing GST rates imposed on our prices.

2. Is there discount for any student?

3. Do The Mind Cafe have any promotion currently?
Yes, we do! We have a few promotions going on at the outlets. namely :
Set lunch Promotion @ Funan (11.30am to 2pm),
Super Sunday Meal Promotion @ All outlets ( 5pm to closing, Sunday) &
Saturday Night Fever @ Boat Quay (9pm to closing, Saturday)

4. I heard about The Theme Nights. Am i entitled to enjoy the privileges?
Yes, you can! You can enjoy our Theme nights on :
Tuesday - Ladies' Night . Ladies can enjoy free of boardgaming charges (waiver of $4.50 per hr per pax)
Wesnesday - Members' Night. Members can enjoy free of boardgaming charges with 3 other guests (waiver of $4.50 per hr per pax)

THE MIND CAFE Reservations

1. Can we book a table in advance if we want to come to the outlet?
Absolutely yes! Please call our outlet's line to make a reservation at :
Prinsep : 6 33 444 26
Boat Quay : 6 33 444 27
Funan Mall : 6 33 444 01
SAFRA Tampines : 6 33 444 29.

2. Is there any booking charges?
NO, there is no booking charges imposed on reservations. However we do advise on deposit payment for reservations for more than 20pax on peak hours (eg. Friday, Saturday)

3. What are the information i need to provide to make a reservation?
For better reference, please provide the following information :
- Your name & contact number
- Date and time for the booking
- which outlet that you want to book ( Do note that all the outlets' line may be diverted to the office especially during busy period at the outlet itself)

4. Is there any penalty for cancellation of booking?
No, rest assured there is no penalty or extra charges imposed on cancellation of booking. However we do appreciated that customers will call back in advance to cancel their bookings, thus allowing other customers to have the table.

5. What happens if i'm late for my reservation?
No worries, we will still keep the reservation for you! However do bear in mind that during peak hours (eg. friday, saturday),the grace period of waiting is around 15 minutes.Upon no confirmation as well as arrival of the customers who reserved, the table will be released for other groups.

1. Do The Mind Cafe have a membership program & how it works?
yes we do! Currently membership is offered at $15 dollars (one-time payment) and enjoy 3 years of membership privileges. The privileges are :
- 10% discount off total bill
- free of boardgaming charges on Members' Night (Wednesday),
- rental of our boardgames on shelf

2. How to apply for the membership?
Just fill up the membership form at any of our outlet's counter, pay at $15 nett for the member card. Do wait a while for our staff to fill up the particulars and necessary proceedings. Upon payment, you will receive the member card.

We have a dedicated team behind this website that ensure all information provided are accurate. Frequent routine checks are done and updated. There are no hidden details or inderpanices our price & charges.

2. What settings or software do I need to view the website?
We recommended all commonly used browsers, on both PC and Mac platforms. For optimal viewing, we recommend at least Internet Explorer 4.0 , and a screen resolution of at least 1200 x 800 pixels. To view certain content, you will also need the PDF acrobat reader.

This website have hundreds of The Mind Cafe boardgames listed, as a way of presenting our width and depth of boardgames. However, this is quite a smaller version of our complete range, simply because there are many new boardgames been reviewed and launched at our games department and outlets daily! Do visit our outlets today to look at a wider selection. (While we take all advises to ensure the website is up-to-date, boardgames being featured in the website does not guarantee there is stock availability.)
