1. Price & Charges
A) What is the basic games rate if i do not want to take any package, or promotion?
The basic games rate is at $3.50++ per hour per pax from Sunday to Thursday, and $4.50++ per hour per pax on Friday & Saturday at all outlets.
B) Is there any service charges or GST?
Yes, all prices and promotions are subject to 10% service charge & prevailing GST rates(7%).

2. Packages
A) What exactly does Happy Hours consists of?
It consists of free-flow of drinks (4 selected drinks of the day) and free-flow boardgaming!
Duration is from 2pm to 6pm at all outlets (Monday to Friday), and you just need to pay $5.00 for this 4 hours! (NOT $5.00 per hour)

4. Theme Nights
A) Do ladies / members need to pay anything if i'm coming for Ladies Night / Members Night?
Boardgaming charges will be waived for ladies from 6pm till closing on every tuesday, and for members from 6pm till closing on every wednesday. However, you can still order food and drink at ala carte charges.
B) Can i still order any of the package on Theme Nights, if i’m a lady or member?
Yes of course! You can order at a discount price, Game Combo at $9.50 (u.p $12.50) and Meal Combo at $13.50 (u.p. $17.50).

5. Food & Beverages
A) Are the food served at the cafe halal?
The food & beverage served at cafe is not halal certified yet, however we do not serve pork, lard or liquor.
B) Can we bring in our own food & drink,liquor?
No, food & drink,liquor is not allowed into any of the cafe premise. However, birthday cakes purchased from outside are allowed into any of the outlet.

6. Reservations
A) Is there any booking charges?
No, there is no booking charges.
B) Is there any penalty if we turn up late or cancel for reservation?
No, there is not penalty for turning up late or cancellation for reservation. However, there will be a 15minute grace period. Table reserved will be given up for other groups after this grace period.
C) What information should i provide when i make a reservation through phone?
Please provide us with the date, time, which outlet, no. of pax attending, name and contact number. Alternatively, you can make an online booking through this link. click here

7. Membership
A) How do i become a member?
You can sign up as a member at any of the outlet. The membership fee is $15.00nett and membership lasts 3years.
A) What is the priviledges of being a member?
You enjoy 10% discount off the bill, and rental of boardgames is exclusively for members only. You can also enjoy free boardgaming charges on every wednesday 6pm to closing at any of the outlet, along with 3 other non-members.
B) Do i need to bring my member card along if i visit the cafe?
Yes, we need the member card to be present upon paying for the bill.
B) What if i have lost my member card ?
You can make a report to admin@themindcafe.com.sg and we will do a replacement for you.
